On Monday, April 22nd there will be a 40th Anniversary candlelight Vigil in memory of 7 year old Brownie Scout Joan Angela D’Alessandro. The vigil will be at Veterans Park in Hillsdale from 7pm - 9pm. It will be a moving community event that will ember the impact Joan’s case has had on Hillsdale, the surrounding communities and society. Also it will be educational and increase awareness of child safety, There will be talks and music.
