Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Ridgemont, participants will learn how to make two types of homemade mustard from Jenny Lichtenwalner, owner of Charlie Thyme. A local entrepreneur who grew up on family-owned Stokes Farm in Old Tappan, NJ, Jenny has created her company, Charlie Thyme, to teach a fresh spin on the timeless tradition of canning.
