Westwood Recreation Before and After Care Summer Playground Program Registration Begins

You may register at the Recreation Department or online at www.westwoodnj.gov. There will be a $25 late fee for any registration received after June 3rd.

Non-Residents can register after May 9th for an additional $25.

The Westwood Recreation Summer Playground Program will offer before care from 7:30-9:30am and after care from 2:30-5:30pm at Berkeley School for children entering kindergarten through 3rd grade, and at Brookside Park for children entering grades 4 thorugh 8.  

Before care is $225 and after care is $325 per child for the six week program. The Summer Playground Program will be held June 27 to Aug. 5. 

The Pre-School Program at Berkeley School is available to all children ages four, as of Oct. 1, 2011, and five, not entering kindergarten.  They meet 9:30am to 12:30pm daily.  The Kindergarden-3rd Grade Program, as of Sept. 2011, meets 9:30am-2:30pm daily at Berkeley School. 

Children in fourth through eighth grade, as of Sept. 2011, can choose to go to either Brookside Park or Voorhis Park from 9:30am-2:30pm.  Each grade group will be assigned specific counselors that will supervise them throughout the entire summer.

Each child will be issued two t-shirts, at the time of registration, that must be worn every day.

Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $6. The fee for the entire six week program is $250 per child.
