Food Drive to Help Rockland County Families

The Shops at Nanuet Teaming up with People to People to Support National Hunger Action Month

As part of National Hunger Action Month, The Shops at Nanuet is teaming up with Rockland County relief organization People to People by hosting a food collection drive to benefit needy Rockland County families.

Local residents looking to donate are asked to bring non-perishable items, which can be dropped off from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 27 at Nanuet Plaza, across from Kay Jewelers.

“Hunger knows no boundaries and its impact unfortunately can be felt among families right here in our own community,” said Briana Puncar, director of marketing and business development for The Shops at Nanuet. “We are pleased to be working in conjunction with People to People to support this important endeavor.”
