Developer Proposes Child Care Facility on Former Car Dealership Site
Site plan and variance application on Westwood Planning Board agenda tonight

Greentree Developers, LLC is expected to go before the Westwood Planning Board Thursday with a site plan and variance application to create a child day care facility on the site of a former car dealership.
The application, for 10 and 20 Kinderkamack Road, is close to the Emerson border.
According to the application, Greentree Developers would like to reduce the size of the vacant building on the site, build a playground in the rear of the building and upgrade the facade. The company wants to include a parking lot with 40 spaces.

Planning Board members may also continue discussions about the borough's Master Plan. At the last meeting, members . Borough Planner Ed Snieckus may have a schedule for discussion tonight.
The Planning Board meeting begins at 8 p.m. in the , 101 Washington Ave.
