More pink means 2.5 million breast cancer survivors will celebrate another birthday this year. That’s why Ladies in Blue Fighting in Pink has made the commitment to join the American Cancer Society in creating a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness
Month. Team Ladies in Blue Fighting in Pink raised $8,400 and donations are still being accepted.
“I am glad my fellow female officers could come together for such a worthy cause and help raise awareness,” Castronova said.
