New Road Construction on Township Planning Board Agenda
Also listed are a subdivision of residential lots and reconstruction of a single family home

Members of the Washington Township Planning Board are expected to hear about three projects during the meeting Wednesday night.
On the agenda is an ongoing project on Jefferson Avenue. Board members are expected to hear about a subdivision of two residential lots for the purpose of single family homes. A subdivision was originally approved in 2007.
Two items of new business appear on the agenda. The first is a reconstruction project of a single family home on Tulane Court. The applicant is expected to give a presentation about the project.

The board is also expected to hear preliminary talks about the subdivision of two properties on Linwood Avenue and the construction of a new road.
The Planning Board meeting is scheduled to begin Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the courtroom of the , 350 Hudson Ave.
