During the month of January, Montvale Free Public Library is pleased to showcase the travel-themed photography of Katherine Vlasak. Vlasak, born and raised in Montvale, has been taking and printing photographs since 2005. She graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in the fine arts. After graduating from Montclair State University she went on a three-month backpacking trip around Europe, where she experienced and saw amazing things, many of which she captured on camera and now shares with us through her vivid and personal images.
