Sky Trading Application Discussions to Continue Tuesday

Members of the Washington Township Zoning Board are expected to continue hearing about the Sky Trading application during the meeting Tuesday night.
The application, which aims to demolish  at the intersection of Pascack Road and Washington Avenue and create a convenience store with an island for four gas pumps covered by a canopy, has been discussed at many past meetings. At the last meeting, Oct. 18, board members said they . Final testimony and public comment are expected at the meeting Tuesday.
Board members are expected to approve a resolution giving a variance to install solar panels on the roof. They are also expected to approve a resolution for an addition on a President Road residence.

According to the meeting agenda, an application from for a variance will not be heard until the Dec. 13 meeting.
