The SOUK:the indoor taste and buy bazaar of the lower Hudson Valley.
Farm fare to fresh baked, traditional to exotic dishes, savory to indulgent snacks; eat by the wood stove or take away.

The Souk features an eclectic assortment of fresh, prepared, and packaged foodstuffs, including traditional comfort foods from Northern Comfort Catering, exotic selections from food entrepreneurs like Taza Egyptian Food Truck, and delectable treats from Dutch Desserts and Mostly Myrtles as well as healthy options from Sohha Yogurt and True Foods of Nyack. The Souk is a non-traditional bazaar of nomadic imagination, ensuring a perpetually diverse selection of prepared and packaged foods with a constantly developing and changing collection of vendors to keep each week fresh. From savory to indulgent, the bazaar’s eclectic weekly offerings provide an endless variety of vendors’ foods both local and exotic, hot and cold, sour and sweet. From far and wide, our vendors journey to the Souk week after week to comprise a tzigane collective, creating our very own Souk community.
Modeled after Brooklyn’s mainstay venue Smorgasburg, the Souk provides an innovative market of like minded individuals for aspiring and established food entrepreneurs alike to test new dishes, meet face-to-face with customers, and build a following to grow and develop their businesses. Non-traditional markets like the Souk provide a low-cost alternative to traditional advertising.
