Summer Yoga Party!
A free yoga class at Powerflow Yoga Westwood followed by refreshments and goodies from local vendors such as KDeer and Market House.
Powerflow Yoga Westwood is hosting a party to celebrate another incredible summer season. The party will take place this Friday, August 21st 7:00 to 9:00PM, rain or shine (we may even open our garage doors!). Tiffany Spizzo will be leading a free, hour long vinyasa flow class. Then stick around afterwards for some light refreshments, local vendors such as KDeer and Market House as well as mini astrology readings with Helene from Heart House Astrology! We will be accepting donations at the door that will go directly towards Josephine’s Garden, a local non-profit organization that has helped build a beautiful oasis at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital in Hackensack and all the incredible work they have done to bring awareness to pediatric cancer.
Bring your family, friends, a mat and water! Everyone is welcome. Class is not heated and open to ALL levels.
