Commuters May Use Wyckoff Community Parking Lot For Free Monday

Change made due to fatal Hoboken train crash.

WYCKOFF, N.J. — Commuters may use the lot at the Wyckoff Community Park for free Monday, Acting Police Chief David Murphy announced.

The change was made to help accommodate commuters due to the fatal train crash in Hoboken that killed one woman and injured 75 others, authorities announced.

Authorities identified the victim as Fabiola Bittar de Kroon, 34, of Hoboken. Gov. Chris Christie said de Kroon was hit by debris on the platform when the train crashed.
