WYCKOFF, N.J. — The former police chief stepped down, and will retire Jan. 1, amid a racial profiling scandal, a deer became trapped inside Ramapo High School, 50 headstones at the Wyckoff Reformed Church's cemetery were toppled, and a therapist plead guilty to sexually assaulting eight kids.
