Arrest Report: Burglary, Hypodermic Instrument

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

• Lawson Prendergast, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon on June 5 on a charge of third degree assault. 
• A Huntington Station man was arrested in Babylon on June 4 on a charged of second degree harassment. 
• A Bay Shore man was arrested in Babylon on May 30 on a charge of possession of a hypodermic instrument.  
• A Lindenhurst man was arrested in West Babylon on June 8 on a charge of criminal contempt: disobey court. 
• A Farmingdale man was arrested in West Babylon on June 8 on a charge of operator leaves the scene of property damage. 
• Truegenia Jones, of Brentwood, was arrested in West Babylon on June 6 on a charge of third degree grand larceny. 
• Jonathan Yanes, of Wyandanch, was arrested in West Babylon on June 4 on a charge of second degree burglary.
