Great South Bay's Davis Vision Nearing Opening

Stores continue to pop-up at the Great South Bay Shopping Center as Davis Vision is expected to open its doors within the month.

The new vision center retail location will feature everything from eyeglasses to sunwear, contact lenses to exams and all points in between. Davis Vision operates two other locations nearby to the new Great South Bay Shopping Center's location in North Babylon and Massepequa.

Babylon Village Patch reported earlier this year the new retail location in West Babylon will be located in a portion of the old Blockbuster site at 701 Montauk Highway.

The other portion of the storefront will eventually become a new GNC, relocating from across the shopping center. Earlier this summer, Carter's and WeightWatchers moved into the former FYE storefront next door.

There is no word on an official opening date for the new Davis Vision.
