Police: Teen Stabbed in West Babylon
Incident occurred Thursday afternoon; 18-year-old victim from N. Babylon suffers non-life threatening injuries, police say.

A North Babylon teen was stabbed in the back during a dispute in West Babylon Thursday afternoon, Suffolk County Police said.
The 18-year-old victim, whom police did not identify, was stabbed once around 3 p.m. in front of the Belmont Plaza Shopping Center at 762 Belmont Avenue.
The victim was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

Police are looking for the assailant, who is described as a clean-shaven black male, 20-25 years old, with a thin build.
