Charges after domestic dispute; drunk and on the sidewalk; alarm error; footprints on the deck: Westchester County Police

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the incidents to which the Westchester County Police responded in the village.
Friday, Jan. 5 -- 1:08 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Rolling Ridge Court on a report
that a parked vehicle was partially blocking the road due to the snow. The owner of the car was
contacted to move it to another location.
Thursday, Jan. 4 – 3:06 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Sutton Drive on a report that a
fallen tree was blocking the road. The Mount Kisco Highway Department was notified to remove it.

6:06 a.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Carpenter Avenue on a report of a man who was
having difficulty breathing. Officers aided the man until EMS arrived.
Tuesday, Jan. 2 – 8:05 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Kensington Way on an activated
burglar alarm. It was determined the homeowner had activated the system in error and then could not
find her phone in time to notify the alarm company.

6:50 a.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to North Moger Avenue on a report of an injured
man lying on the sidewalk. The man, who was intoxicated, was not seriously injured but was transported
to Northern Westchester Hospital Center as a precaution.
Monday, Jan. 1 – 10:45 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Spring Street on
a complaint of loud music coming from a basement apartment. The resident agreed to lower the
volume.
10:24 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Forest Drive after a resident of a neighboring
street reported seeing a fire. It was discovered that a Forest Drive resident had made a fire in a barrel
and was cooking over the open flame. The resident was extinguishing the fire as officers arrived
because other neighbors had expressed a concern.
4:34 p.m. – A resident of Timber Ridge discovered footprints in the snow on his deck and reported that
someone had trespassed on his property. A check of the residence and its exterior determined there
was had been no attempted entry into the residence.
