
A Deer Park Carvel store was robbed on Wednesday night, police said.
A man entered the ice cream shop, located at 2134 Deer Park Avenue, at 8:40 p.m., told an employee that he had a gun and demanded money, police said. The employee gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber fled, police said.
No weapon was displayed during the robbery. No one was injured.

The robbery comes a month after another robbery at a Deer Park Carvel. That one occurred at the store located at 137 Bay Shore Road. No arrests have been made in either robbery.
