East Hampton, NY --- If you are a gourmand and seek out the best chefs on the east end, you will not want to miss the latest event from the East End Chef’s Program. Executive Chef Michael Massetti, of the Living Room at the Maidstone restaurant, will prepare a meal that will prove to be a memorable event. He will prepare a menu that will start th Oyster Amuse Bouche, followed by a salad of kale, brussel sprouts and cauliflower chips with a honey yogurt dressing. Having enjoyed that, you will next be offered a special house pasta and main course of short ribs served with celery root, butternut squash, and faro. If you have any room for dessert, Chef Michael will have a mouth-watering surprise for you.

This magnificent dinner will be offered on January 20 at 6:30 PMat St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton. The price for the dinner is $25.00, payable at the door. Winne is $5 and water is $1.
