Downed Pole Closes Road in Montauk: Police
BREAKING: Police are advising motorists to take an alternate route.
MONTAUK, NY — A downed pole on the road in Montauk has temporarily closed Old Montauk Highway at Lincoln Road, police said.
According to a Facebook post by East Hampton Town Police, motorists traveling west from Montauk Village should use Lincoln Road to access Old Montauk Highway; from the west, motorists should take one of the Presidents' streets to Lincoln and up to Route 27.
