East End Partnership for Youth to Create Electronic Map of Local Assets For Youths

The group is asking all local youth organizations to register programs and activities to be used on the map.

The East End Partnership for Youth, a coalition of youth serving agencies in the five East End Townships, recently announced that they will be creating an electronic map of “assets for youth and families”.

This resource will list programs, services, and activities that are available to children, youth, and families in a way that will make it easy to locate necessary or wanted resources, see if they fit the need, and learn how to access them.

Information about location, clientele served, costs, and how to get more information will be included on the map.

The plan is to not only have the map of resources available online, but to create an app that can be used on phones and tablets.
