East Hampton Town Starts New Online Tax System

Local property owners can go online for certain services this tax season.

(EAST HAMPTON, NY) - For the first time, this upcoming tax season, property owners in the Town of East Hampton will be able to use a new online system.

The new system will give the owners the ability to view and pay current property tax bills online, as well as to print property tax bill receipts.

These new options will become available starting on Monday, December 14.

To access this new online system, property owners can visit ehamptonny.gov and click “Pay Your Property Tax Bill.”

First-time users will be required to set up an account.

Property owners will have the option to pay by credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover) with a credit card processing fee of 2.39 percent, or by e-check, an electronic payment transaction available on the Town website, for a flat fee of $1.
