- Montauk Community Rallies to Raise Money to Help Local Tattoo Artist - Lola Snow, owner of Lola’s Tattoos, was diagnosed with breast cancer in September.
- Local 11-Year-Old Wins 2015 Mets SNY Kidcaster Contest - The Amagansett resident got the chance to call a play by play at a Mets game in August.
- Everyday Hero: Owner of Local Historic General Store Kristi Hood - Kristi was called “one of the hardest working women in Springs.”
- Suffolk County Marathon 2015 Runner Profile: Joi Jackson Perle, of East Hampton - Joi was inspired to run by a Sag Harbor resident who was killed in action while in Iraq.
- Coast Guard Rescues Endangered Turtle Off Montauk - The leatherback sea turtle was rescued after he got caught in a fishing line.
