The East End Chefs' Program will offer a Greek dinner fit for gourmets at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in East Hampton.

TO SUPPORT LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

East Hampton, NY --- George Gounelas, general manager and chef of the Old Stove Pub restaurant, a Hamptons’ landmark, will prepare a delicious, traditional Greek dinner for Hamptons’ residents at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton. The dinner is one in a series entitled The East End Chefs’ Program that features the outstanding menus for gourmand dinners prepared by acclaimed local chefs. Mr. Gounelas will prepare a traditional Greek salad, followed by a Beef/Lamb Gyro, served with his own homemade Tzatziki sauce. For the benefit of those who want to prepare their own Greek dishes, Chef Gounelas will demonstrate how to make his very popular sauce at home. In addition, he will surprise and delight diners with a dessert that is one of his celebrated Greek specialties.

The delicious Greek dinner, fit for discerning gourmands, will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 9th at 6:30 p m, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support the church’s scholarship fund. The price for the dinner is $25.00, payable at the door. Wine is $5 and water is $1.
