Man Accuses Wife of Exiling Him in the Garage of Their $20 Million East Hampton Home
The man made the claims in the affidavit in the upcoming divorce case.

An 84-year-old man claims his mutlimillionaire wife of 28 years has been exiling him in the garage of their $20 million East Hampton home, feeding him only small cans of soup, according to a report in The New York Post.
Martin Cassidy said in the affidavit from his upcoming divorce case that his wife, Kate Wallach, 62, who is worth of $200 million, has been keeping him in the 30-by-40-foot room without a kitchen or bathroom to await his death so she can avoid a divorce payout, according to the report. The couple signed a prenup before they got married in 1987, which cuts Cassidy out of Wallachβs fortune, according to The New York Post.
Wallach denies all the claims and says she thinks he might be developing dementia, according to the report.
