Man Slapped With Felony Charge For Fraudulent Inspection Sticker: Cops

The inspection sticker had actually been issued to another vehicle, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton man is facing a felony charge for driving with a fraudulent inspection sticker, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Luis Eduardo Inga-Morocho, 39, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 9:16 p.m. on Accabonac Road after he was seen driving a 2001 Honday Odyssey with an inspection sticker affixed to the windshield that was found to be fraudulent and had been issued to another vehicle.

He was arrested charged with second degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, police said.

Cash bail was set at $250, police said.
