Man Who Sent Car Crashing into Maidstone Golf Course had Blood Alcohol Content 'In Excess of 3x Legal Limit': Police
Charges were upgraded to aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - A blood alcohol level "in excess of three times the legal limit," means charges have been upgraded for the man whose car was sent airborne and crashing into another vehicle at the Maidstone in East Hampton on Saturday, police said.
According to East Hampton Village Police, Kyle Rosko, 33, is now charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, due to toxicology results from the Suffolk County crime lab.
He was initially charged with felony DWI before the charges were upgraded, police said.

Rosko is scheduled for arraignment Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at East Hampton Town Justice Court, police said.
According to East Hampton Village Police, Rosko was speeding east on Further Lane on Saturday at 8:09 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle; the vehicle left the roadway and entered the Maidstone Golf Course, became airborne, and rolled over at least twice before landing and stopping on a car's roof.

Rosko, who was alone in the vehicle, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition, police said.
He was also charged with numerous traffic violations, police said.
