Pierson High School recently announced that they will be offering a new art animation pilot program to students.
The eight-week, after-school program is run by the Good School located in Brooklyn and provides student-artists with the opportunity to use their art skills to create stop-motion films using professional equipment.
During each two-hour, hands-on session, students bring their sculptures and paintings to life by learning and employing techniques associated with film animation.
