A 15-year-old Elmont girl was reported missing on Thursday afternoon, according to Nassau Police.
Cassandra Bercy was last seen leaving her home in Elmont on July 7 at 6 p.m.
She is described as 5-foot-6 tall, and 145 pounds.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding the missing teen to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
Bercy was reported missing once before on June 21 before she was found two days later.
