Joseph Sanford Jr. suffered a heart attack after falling through the floor of a home.

An Inwood firefighter has died after suffering a heart attack while fighting a fire last week in Woodmere.

Sanford was found after a signal from his PASS alarm, which sends an alert when a firefighter is motionless for too long, according to the report.
