Florida Man had Loaded Gun, Pot in Car: Police
BREAKING: Police say bullets in the center console raised their suspicions.

State Troopers arrested a Florida man Saturday night after they allegedly found marijuana and a gun in his car.
According to police, at about 11:42 p.m. Saturday, a trooper stopped a 2008 Infiniti for speeding on the Southern State Parkway eastbound in Valley Stream. While interviewing the driver, Earl A. Ramjas, 24, of Coconut Creek, Fla., the trooper said they smelled marijuana.
While searching the car, the trooper allegedly found seven grams of marijuana and two .40 caliber bullets in the center console. With his suspicion raised, the trooper continued his search in the trunk. Police say he discovered a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber handgun and a loaded magazine which contained seven hollow-point bullets.

Ramjas was arrested and charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was transported to Nassau County detention to await arraignment at Nassau County First District Court in Hempstead.
