Larcenies and More Hit the Five Towns

Someone broke into a car parked on Broadway in Cedarhurst on Sept. 1 and stole a laptop, textbooks and personal property.

Someone stole the keys from a car parked on Rockaway Boulevard in Lawrence sometime between Aug. 2 and Sept. 4.

Someone broke into a car parked on 5th Avenue in Cedarhurst on Sept. 5 and stole personal property.

Someone broke into a car parked on Court Avenue in Cedarhurst on Sept. 5 and stole three iPhone charges, an iPod Nano, an Atlantic Beach Bridge card and change.

Lester L. Clark, 59, of Inwood, was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory, located on Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.

Two packages were stolen from a home on Cliffside Avenue in North Woodmere on Sept. 2.
