Man Caught Driving Drunk With 11-Year-Old Girl in Car: Police
The passenger was seen getting out of the car and removing the girl, police say.

LAWRENCE, NY - A Brooklyn man was arrested for driving drunk with an 11-year-old girl in the car in Lawrence on Sunday afternoon, according to Nassau Police.
While on patrol, an officer saw a Grey Chrysler come to sudden stop while exiting a Dunkin Donuts on Burnside Avenue at about 1:45 p.m.
The passenger, 38-year-old woman, then exited the car and removed the girl from the back of the car, police said.

The officer approached the car to conduct an investigation and noticed the driver, 40-year-old Terence M. Murdock, appeared to be intoxicated, police said. He was then placed under arrest, police said.
Murdock is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra Law, and two counts of DWI, police said.
