Two Teens Robbed at Gunpoint in Nassau
Police say they were assaulted and robbed while walking Friday night.

Two teens were assaulted and robbed at gunpoint in Valley Stream on Friday, and police are searching for their attackers.
According to detectives, a female robber, armed with a BB gun, approached a boy and girl, both 15, while they were walking in front of 103 Ethel St. in Valley Stream at 10 p.m., pointed the gun at them, then pointed the gun to the ground and shot a round. The two teens kept walking, and were then approached by two additional robbers, armed with a handgun, who threatened to shoot them if they did not hand over their belongings.
The boy complied and handed over his backpack. The girl refused and moved the handgun that he was pointing at her away from her face. The robber then punched her in the face and took her backpack. The robbers fled into a light-colored silver or gray Honda, believed to be an Accord, eastbound on Ethel Street towards Central Avenue.
