Valley Stream Gas Station Robbed

The robber was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers and white cloth covering his face.

VALLEY STREAM, NY - A Valley Stream gas station was robbed on Sunday night, according to Nassau Police.

A man entered the Shell Gas Station on 100 W. Merrick Road at about 10:45 p.m., approached the clerk and demanded he move away from the cash register.

He then walked behind the counter and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before running away eastbound on Merrick Road.

The clerk told police did not see a weapon. There were no patrons in the gas station at the time of the robbery and no injuries were reported.
