Woman Hosts Party With Over 75 Underage Drinkers: Police
The girl was arrested for violating the Social Host Law, police say.
HEWLETT BAY PARK, NY - A woman was arrested for hosting a party where underage youths were drinking alcohol at a Hewlett Bay Park home on Saturday night, according to Nassau County Police.
After receiving calls for a loud party at a Cedar Avenue home, officers responded and saw several underage youths, between 75 and 100, consuming various types of alcoholic beverages, according to police.
An investigation at the home led officers to the host of the party, 20-year-old Michelle Lankri who was then placed under arrest without incident, police said.

Lankri is charged with violating the Social Host Law, was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 10.
