Curran To Livestream Nassau State Of The County Address Tonight

The address, which was originally scheduled for early March, will deal with the county's response to the coronavirus and what comes next.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — With the coronavirus pandemic forcing most everything to close and gatherings being banned, Nassau County Executive Laura Curran is giving her delayed State of the County Address online tonight.

The address was originally scheduled for early March, but Curran canceled it to focus on the coronavirus pandemic, which was still in the early stages in Nassau County at the time. Now that the county has seemingly moved past the peak of the virus, Curran will be giving her address.

The address will be broadcast live on News 12, and will also be livestreamed on the county executive's Facebook page starting at 6:30 p.m. You can click here to watch it live on Facebook.
