Man held up Sunoco Sunday night and fled the scene, police said.

An armed man held up an Elmont gas station Sunday night, according to Nassau County Police.
Cops said an unknown man wearing a mask entered Sunoco gas station on Linden Boulevard at 9:16 p.m. The man revealed a black revolver with wooden handle and demanded money from a male employee, police said.
The victim cooperated and handed an unknown amount of cash to the subject, who fled the scene in a solver four-door car, cops said.

No one was reportedly injured.
The subject was described as a black man, about 5-foot-9, and was 200 pounds.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
