Here's your guide to fireworks and parties happening around town Dec. 31, 2017!

HARRISON, NY – Love it or hate it, New Year’s Eve is happening again this year. Whether you plan to ring in 2018 at your favorite restaurant, a buzzing party with your friends, or all cozied up in front of the TV, we’ve got you covered.

So pop the bubbly, come up with some resolutions you can actually stick to and get ready to celebrate the New Year. At Harrison Patch, we're getting a head start on the fun!

  • Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac holds a New Year's Eve Gala starting at 7:30 p.m. The evening includes an open bar, cocktail hour, a four-course dinner, champagne and party favors. Tickets are $160 per person. To make reservations, call 845-628-6600.
  • The Winter Wonderland at Kensico Dam in Valhalla, Westchester will hold its Family New Year's Eve Party featuring a pyrotechnic show and ball drop at 8 p.m. That's in addition to all the fun regular activities such as rides, ice skating, circus performances, strolling characters and more.
  • NoMa Social in New Rochelle will hold its New Years Eve 2018 celebration Dec. 31. Dinner in the Restaurant is $95, and begins at 9 p.m. Dec. 31. The Lounge celebration begins at 11 p.m. and costs $70. There will be free party hats and champagne. NoMa Social is located at 1 Radisson Plaza in New Rochelle. For more, go to NoMaSocial.com.
  • Ellenville: Tony and Nick’s Italian Kitchen will ring in the New Year with DJ Shenanigans beginning at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 31, with dinner at 9 p.m. $59.99 per person, reservations required. For more, go here.
  • White Plains: Celebrate the New Year with a choice of movies at the City Center 15: Cinema de Lux. For only $20.18 per person, patrons can view a movie of their choice — either “Molly’s Game” or “Pitch Perfect 3 — and enjoy a champagne toast and dessert reception.   • And for families, there's the Yule Ball! Harry Potter Fans of all ages are invited to attend the "Yule Ball" at the Studio Around the Corner in Brewster on Dec. 30, 2017. There are actually two sessions, 4-6 p.m. for all ages and 16 and up from 8-11 p.m.
  • White Plains: White Plains’ annual free ball drop will take place from 10 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31 to 12:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 1 at Main and Court streets. There will be live entertainment, crowd countdown, ball drop, fireworks and confetti. For more information, including road closings, go here.
  • New Rochelle: “Ring in the New Year at Noon” takes place for the eight year in New Rochelle in the atrium at FunFuzion in New Roc City from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event is for kids ages 2 through 10 and their parents. There will be a 3,000+ balloon drop at noon, along with face painting, arts and crafts, kiddy rides, raffle prizes and more. For more information and to register for the event, go here.
  • Olivebridge: Enjoy a New Year’s Eve Dance and Dinner with live music at the Ashokan Center. Starts at 6 p.m. with a festive dinner, followed by dancing to Swing, Cajun, and Zydeco music. Overnight bed and breakfast package available. For more information, click here.
  • Saugerties: Fourth Annual Saugerties New Year’s Eve in the village. Performances are planned for between 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., plus there are specials at many restaurants. For more information, contact the Village of Saugerties.
  • Kingston: The City of Kingston will host a New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration in Uptown Kingston, with performances by Lara Hope & The Ark-Tones and fireworks sponsored by Basch & Keegan, LLP. Events take place at the intersection of Wall St. and North Front St. in Uptown Kingston starting at 11 p.m. For details, go here.
  • Mahopac: A New Year’s Eve Gala will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Putnam County Golf Course, 187 Hill Street, Mahopac. Live entertainment by Class Action.
  • Rhinebeck: To celebrate the New Year, Terrapin will offer prix fixe dinner options. A three-course menu (including tapas platter, entree and dessert) will be available all evening. A simpler two-course early bird menu (including tapas platter and entree only) will be available between the hours of 4 and 5 p.m. only.
  • Nanuet: Doubletree by Hilton Nanuet Hotel will host a New Year's Eve Party, featuring the DJ sounds of Divine Entertainment, a five-hour open bar, and a buffet. Ring in 2018 with a champagne toast at midnight. The party costs $99 per person plus service and tax. The hotel is located at 425 East Route 59, Palisades Parkway, Exit 8W.
  • Chappaqua: Crabtree’s Kittle House Restaurant and Inn starts New Year’s Eve off in style with a Bottomless Brunch Buffet, plus two dinner course seatings followed by a Grand Celebration Party in the style of The Great Gatsby. Chef Jay Lippin will prepare a lavish buffet with his favorite decadent, classic American dishes. Live DJ playing a mix of modern and classic dance music all night long. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvre start at 9 p.m. The cost is $145 per person plus tax and gratuity.
  • Peekskill: Shadows of the 60s will perform at the Paramount Theater at 1008 Brown Street. Shadows of the 60's perform Motown classics spanning several decades. There are two shows, one from 7 to 9 p.m. and the next from 10 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Tickets range between $40 and $80. For more ticket information, click here.
  • Yorktown: Peter Pratt’s Inn will serve a New Year’s Eve Dinner at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 31 and at 12:02 a.m. on Jan. 1. The a la carte menu starts at 5:30 p.m. Entrees from $29 to $49 feature lobster, foie gras and other celebratory food and drink selections. Welcome in the New Year with balloons, party hats and a champagne toast at midnight. The inn is located at 673 Croton Heights Road.
  • The Signature Society presents a NYC-style New Year’s Eve Ball at an exclusive undisclosed Westchester location, including a premium open bar, buffet, top DJs, party favors and a champagne midnight toast. The event costs $100 and is by invitation only. Get details here.
  • Bronxville: A family New Year’s Eve party will take place at 4 p.m. at the Blue Moon Mexican Cafe, 7-27 Pondfield Road. The party will feature a clown, hats, balloon animals and noisemakers. Regular menu offered. Reservations are suggested.
  • White Plains: The Brazen Fox will celebrate its 100th anniversary on New Year’s Eve. There will be a DJ, an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and an appetizer buffet from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tickets are $100 per guest and are non transferable. Must be 23 years old to participate and entrance is at management's discretion. The Brazen Fox is located at 175 Mamaroneck Avenue.
  • Rye: La Panetiere in Rye will have a special multi-course New Year’s Eve menu. The first seating costs $115 and $150 with wine pairing, while the second seating is $160 and $195 with wine pairing.
  • Tarrytown: The Oath Craft Beer Sanctuary will have a New Year’s Eve Bash from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. at 5 Main Street in Tarrytown. Two local bands will play classic party time favorites, plus there will be an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. including all 20 draft beers and a selection of private label and small batch liquors and wines. There will be a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. After 9 p.m. those under the age of 21 are no longer permitted.
  • Kingston: Ole Savannah Southern Table and Bar will have a New Year’s Bash with a cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, DJ, noisemakers, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight, With open bar, the cost is $89.95 per person.   • Woodstock: Enjoy a New Year’s Ball with the soulful energy of The Big Takeover and Los Thujones at Colony Woodstock. There’s a free champagne toast at midnight when midnight brunch is also served. Tickets are $30 for early birds, $40 for general admission.   • Port Chester: Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Tarry Lodge, 18 Mill Street. Chef Andy Nusser will ring in the New Year with his New Year’s Eve Four-Course Tasting Menu, that includes antipasti, Black Spaghetti with Lobster and Chilis, Braised Lamb Shank with Polenta and Chestnut Gremolata, followed by Pomegranate Panna Cotta with Lemon Sorbetto.
  • Yonkers: Yonkers Brewing Company will have a NYE Masquerade Ball , for guests 21 and over, from 8 p.m. Dec. 31 to 2 a.m. Jan. 1. Don your favorite masquerade mask and dance to tunes by DJ Vinnie Campisi. There will be a buffet and an early a.m. "Viennese" breakfast hour. Prizes will be given for the best mask. Tickets purchased in advance are $125 per person. Tickets purchased at the door are $140 per person. The company is located at 92 Main Street.

    “New Year’s Eve Live” With Anderson Cooper And Andy Cohen

    Where to catch it: CNN

    Why you should watch: For the first time ever, Anderson Cooper will host CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve Live special with none other than “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen. As these two are best friends in real life, you can expect tons of witty banter and hilarious moments from the pair. The Bravo mogul will replace Cooper’s former co-host Kathy Griffin, whom CNN fired after her controversial Donald Trump photoshoot.

    “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2018” Hosted by Ryan Seacrest

    Where to catch it: ABC

    Why you should watch: Remember last year’s infamous Mariah Carey mic incident? Yes, it happened on Seacrest’s watch. So if that’s any indication, this could be a good one to tune-in to. And even if there aren’t any crazy celebrity snafus, you can count on crazy views of Time Square packed with people, as well as awesome musical performances.
