• Hutch Stop Leads To Crack, Coke And Meth, After State Police K9 Fortini Catches A Whiff: NYSP (patch.com) — State police say a traffic stop on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison led to the seizure of large quantities of cocaine and crack after K9 Fortini detected narcotics. Two New England residents were arrested on multiple felony drug possession and intent-to-sell charges and were arraigned in Harrison before being sent to Westchester County Jail.
