Men Possessed Forged, Re-Encoded Credit Cards in Westbury: Police
The men were arrested Thursday night.

Two Rosedale men were arrested Thursday for possessing forged and re-encoded credit cards at Westbury’s Dave and Buster’s.
According to authorities, Shaquelle Evans, 23, tried to use a forged card to make a purchase at Dave and Buster’s, located at 1504 Old Country Road, at 9:35 p.m.
A subsequent investigation revealed that David Beatty, 23, was also in possession of a re-encoded American Express gift card, police say.

Both men were charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. They will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
