ICYMI: Teen Accused Of Driving High On Drugs During Fatal Crash

LINDENHURST, NY - A Lindenhurst teen plead not guilty on Friday to driving while high on drugs and speeding during a crash that killed two people in Lindenhurst last year, according to multiple reports.

Last October David O'Brien, now 18, was driving a 1998 Ford Mustang south on North Wellwood Avenue, near Lenox Street, when the car left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant and then a tree, according to Suffolk Police.

The front seat passenger, 16-year-old Joseph Galdorisi, of Lindenhurst, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Maggie Miller, 24, of Copiague, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where she was pronounced dead.
