Cops: Group 'Destroyed' Cabana Area of Nickerson Beach
Group broke security cameras, destroyed cabanas, damaged First Aid station in Lido Beach park this weekend.

Police are searching for a group of men, one of whom was caught on camera, who vandalized and stole from a Lido Beach park.
At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, the group broke into the cabana area of Nickerson Beach, according to Nassau County Police. They “destroyed” security cameras and several cabanas, and damaged the First Aid station, police said.
Detectives released a photo Wednesday of an unknown person they believe is responsible. Photos of the other subjects were not available.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
