WATCH: Time-Lapse of the First Day of Spring in Long Beach

The first day of spring was a bit of a letdown last week as snow piled on top of Long Island.

One Long Beach resident captured the abrupt change between Thursday and Friday’s weather.

In a time lapse video posted by Lee Nielsen to YouTube, Long Beach goes from a beautiful, partly cloudy day to a cloudy, snowy first day of spring.
