Estate Planning with Purpose, Power, Protection & Peace at Great Neck Library

Event Details

159 Bayview Ave, Great Neck, NY, 11023

Come and join us for a practical, no-pressure evening for families who want to protect what they've built — and the people they've built it for.

THREE STEPS YOU'LL LEARN

  1. Know the Rules — Who makes decisions for you and your family, by your design, or by the government's default.
  2. Know Your Predators — The hidden risks that can quietly drain an estate: taxes, long-term care costs, lawsuits, and family circumstances.
  3. Know Your Options — The tools available to protect your assets and your family, from trusts to Medicaid planning.

ALSO COVERED

  • Avoid Probate — the delays, costs, and public exposure of court-controlled estate settlement
  • Long-Term Care — Medicare vs. Medicaid, and how to plan ahead
  • Build a Lasting Plan — why documents alone aren't enough
  • Keep It Current — updating your plan as life changes

Presenters Robert D. Hoskins, Esq. and Sharon T. Hoskins, Esq. are a husband-and-wife legal team and founders of Hoskins Life & Legacy Planning, P.C., with over 55 years of combined experience helping families protect what matters most. Rob Hoskins is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and Ohio Wesleyan University. Sharon Hoskins is Ivy League–educated, having earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her law degree from NYU School of Law.
