Join the Nassau Crime Victims Center at the Great Neck Library Station Branch (26 Great Neck Road, 2nd Level) on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. for an eye-opening 45-Minute film-based workshop. This interactive session reveals the reality on the “perfect” relationships often broadcasted across social media. Recognize the stark disconnect between online personas and real-life behaviors. Through the screening and facilitated discussion participants will learn how to identify warning signs that may not be visible.
This program is specifically designed to help young people navigate modern relationships and is best suited for teens in grades 9-12 as well as college students. Parents are also encouraged to attend. Come learn how to look past the digital filters, protect your well-being and foster safe connections in everyday life.
Registration is required. Great Neck cardholders and residents can register online, in person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, subject to space availability. For more information, please call Great Neck Library at (516) 466-8055 or email adultprogramming@greatnecklibrary.org.
