I Could Do

It Now

Admittedly, there have been many moments in my life when I thought seriously about returning to school.

When the Fabulous Four were all on the school bus simultaneously, I sat at the round kitchen table, breathed a sign of relief and thought, “I can do it now.”

I believe the classes must be overcrowded because I am apparently not alone in this quest for knowledge.

I should apply quickly. If I am successful, perhaps I could then become an instructor.

After all, Madeleine, my beautiful Parisian neighbor, now speaks French only to the angels.

That eliminates any reason to conquer another language and Virgil will just have to wait a bit longer.
