Nassau County Police Charge 4 With DWI

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Sept. 3.

All charges are merely accusations.

• Zihong Yuan, 26, of Melville, was arrested on the LIE at exit 43 in Plainview at 4:45 a.m. on Aug. 28.
• Nicole Hayward, 39, of Franklin Square, was arrested on Phoebe Street in Franklin Square at 12:06 p.m. on Aug. 28.
• Nohman Sakhi, 29, of Plainview, was arrested on Washington Street in Farmingdale at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 30.
• Martha J. Navas, 25, of Hempstead, was arrested on Old Country Road in Westbury at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 2.
