Nassau Police Report: Week Of Oct. 26

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Oct. 26 to Nov. 1.

Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:

  • Oct. 25: A woman reported that someone punctured her front drivers side tire while it was parked in the street on Glengariff Road in Massapequa Park.
  • Oct. 26: A woman reported that someone keyed her car at the Center For Developmental Disabilities on New South Road in Hicksville.
  • Oct. 27: A man reported that someone damaged the rear passenger side door of his car and stole his radio at the LIRR Hicksville Station.
  • Oct. 28: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole a bag of clothing on Carman Boulevard in Massapequa.
  • Oct. 28: An 83-year-old Massapequa woman was arrested for shoplifting from King Kullen on Sunrise Highway in Bellmore.
  • Oct. 28: Julio Ernesto Martinez, 45, of Hempstead was arrested on a DWI charge on Conklin Street and Secatogue Avenue in Farmingdale.
  • Oct. 29: Maria Gauss, 28, of Massapequa was arrested on a DWI charge on Roslyn Road and Russell Street in Rosyln Heights.
  • Oct. 31: A woman reported that someone entered her car and rummaged through the interior on Park Lane in Massapequa.
