Man Accused Of Sex Abuse Video Also Had Child Porn: Cops
Police said the first arrest was for sexual abuse; the second, child pornography

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A Poughkeepsie man who was arrested Friday after being accused of sexually abusing someone who was unconscious and filming it was arrested again Monday. State police said Michael J. Innello, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was accused of having child pornography.
On Monday, he was charged with five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, felonies.
A warrant was executed searching Innello's home, during which investigators said they found he had five instances of child pornography.

Innello was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Poughkeepsie Court Tuesday.
On Friday, Innello was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, felonies.

Police said he had filmed himself sexually abusing an unconscious victim who was helpless and incapable of consent.
Innello had been sent to the Dutchess County Jail, but according to court records was released after posting bail.
State police said there may be additional victims who were filmed by Innello without their consent.
